this time of year in vermont is... complicated. not quite winter anymore, not quite spring yet. this box of our march & april seasonal offerings (at a little discount!) is built to bridge the gap. a little sweetness to adorn your how-is-it-still-winter hot cocoas, and a little brightness to usher in springtime: Key Lime Pie, Lemon Poppyseed, and MEEPS marshmallows!

Key Lime Pie: Sweet and tart, these build to a bright burst of citrus and satisfy cravings for the whole pie in a single bite. (sugar, golden syrup, light corn syrup, key lime juice, gelatin, vanilla, salt, gluten free graham cracker)
Lemon Poppyseed: Zingy! We use the whole dang lemon for these fan favorites. (sugar, golden syrup, light corn syrup, lemon juice, gelatin, lemon zest, vanilla, poppyseeds, salt)
Meeps: Made for the Easter basket, they're oh-so-inspired by those grocery-store birds/bunnies that you either LOVE or you HATE. Our take on this classic Easter treat is a million times less stale, with a strong, real vanilla flavor, and naturally dyed crunchy sugar for a fun textural experience and a real visual wow-factor. Fun to eat straight out of the bag, toast with a blow torch, or drop in your it's-somehow-still-winter-in-Vermont hot cocoas.
Storage: They are best from 2-4 months if stored in a cool, dark, dry place. They can be frozen for up to a year (just let them come back to room temperature before enjoying for maximum floofiness!)
