Strawberry Rose: Made with real strawberries, so they taste like real strawberries. I'm not usually a fan of rose, but when I was pondering how to lead strawberry into an even more magical realm, I started to wonder what would happen with rose if I was holding the reigns. The answer? Magic. And I don't like rose! So if you don't either, you know you can trust me on this. (Also ugh, they just so pretty.) (sugar, light corn syrup, gelatin, strawberry puree, vanilla, rosewater, salt)
Passionfruit Coconut: So unexpected. So bold. A little tart. A little sweet. A little texture. A lot of unf. Nuanced and full of surprise - my personal favorite marshmallow we make. (sugar, light corn syrup, gelatin, passionfruit puree, flaked coconut, vanilla, salt)
Peppermint: Like a candy cane, if it were a marshmallow! Hot chocolate's very best friend. A marshmallow we used to only carry for the holidays, but y'all demanded it through the end of winter. so, here it is! (sugar, cane sugar syrup, light corn syrup, gelatin, naturally dyed sprinkles (cane sugar, tapioca starch, RSPO certified palm oil, sunflower lecithin, vegetable juices, spirulina, turmeric, beta carotene, carnauba wax), peppermint oil, vanilla, salt)
Storage: Cool, dark, and dry! Sunlight, air, and heat are the enemies of the marshmallows. In a pantry they're best within 2-4 months, in a fridge or freezer, up to a year (just let them come back to room temperature before enjoying for maximum floofiness!)
