that quote from my mom might sum it up, but I can also tell you that we have folks who order these in batches of 50 and then complain that they didn’t last long enough. I can tell you that it’s an “oops I messed this one up, guess I gotta eat it” product in our kitchen, and that multiple people who don’t know each other describe them as “heavenly.”
I can tell you that it’s the caramel of my dreams, hand-stirred for an hour to create the toothsome chew, subtle stretch & depth of flavor to balance the bouncy, light, sweet toasty vanilla mallows on top (that we pop on while the caramel is still warm).
